Usability

Description

Usability refers to the degree to which a software system or product is easy to learn, efficient to use, and satisfying for users to achieve their goals effectively in a given context.

Ensuring that the system is easy to comprehend, use, and integrate. It supports faster onboarding, improves the implementation delivery and enhances collaboration between different teams.

Risks:

  • Usability can be subjective, varying between different user groups or stakeholders
  • Usability testing can be time-consuming and may not cover all real-world scenarios, leading to gaps in the user experience.
