4.5.2 - A Provider updates the deployment script based on an update of the VM template

Description

Simpl-Open shall support a Provider to automatically update the deployment script when the related VM template is updated.

If the deployment script is linked to a resource description, a new deployment script is created. If there is no linked resource description, the existing deployment scripted is updated directly.
