4.5.1 - A Provider updates a VM template

Description

Simpl-Open shall allow a Provider to update a previously created VM template via UI and API by defining following information:

• General properties.
• Providing cloud environment configurations.
• VM configurations (cloud-init).
• Operating system.
• Hardware configuration (CPU cores, RAM, storage).
• Post provisioning configurations.
• VM policies.

If the related deployment script is linked to a resource description, a new VM template is created. If the related deployment script is not linked to a resource description, the existing VM template is updated directly.
