3C.1.2 - End User Role Request Review

Description

Simpl shall support the review of role requests submitted by end users.

Simpl shall support the evaluation of role requests as well as their approval or rejection. If a request is approved, Simpl will assign the requested role (or a different role than the one requested if the user selected a role that is not applicable) to the end user. If rejected, the role will not be assigned to the end user.
