3C.1.1 - End-User Role Request

Description

Simpl shall support the configuration of end-user roles through the management of role requests.

Simpl shall, at a minimum, enable end users to perform the following actions:

• A federated end user can request roles to be onboarded into Simpl-Open as a local end user.
• A local end user logging in for the first time without any assigned roles, can request one or more roles.
• A local end user who already has assigned roles but identifies the need for additional ones can submit further role requests.
