3A.2.4 - Onboarding request automated validation

Description

Simpl shall automatically verify onboarding request submissions and validate them against the rules defined in the onboarding request templates. Simpl shall store the result of the rule evaluation and provide it to the Governance Authority Representative, indicating whether the rules were executed successfully or not, along with the reason for any failures. Simpl shall support automatic approval or rejection of onboarding requests based on the evaluation results.

The evaluation of at least the following rules is supported:

• presence check rules to check if a document has been uploaded.
• content check rules to check the content of a document (delegated to an external validation service based on a well-established API contract)
• composite rule to evaluate any combination of content and presence rules
• eIDAS rule to evaluate the presence of eIDAS attributes
