3A.1 - Onboarding of a new data space participant - registration of onboarding request

Description

Simpl should allow the Dataspace Governance Authority to define rules for the onboarding process such as:

• Simpl shall provide support when an organisation wants to request to participate to a data space with a certain role (Consumer, Data/Application/Infrastructure Provider) or a combination of these.
• Simpl shall, a.o. request the data and documents required to verify the request.
• When the requesting parties provide these, Simpl shall store them, and guide them through the submission of the onboarding request.
