3A.1.1 - Register onboarding application

Description

Simpl shall provide a UI and an API where:

• an applicant data space participant is driven by a workflow that will end with the creation and saving of the documentation to be provided with the onboarding request.
• an applicant data space participant can submit its onboarding request to join the data space ecosystem, which results in the initiation by Simpl of the review process.
