3A.2.6 - Onboarding request notifications and warnings

Description

Simpl-Open shall provide support to follow up the onboarding requests and:

• detect and warn the dataspace governance authority of a new onboarding request available
• detect and warn the dataspace governance authority of updates on a request for onboarding, e.g. a new comment is added by applicant, onboarding request status change
• detect and warn the applicant dataspace participant if additional activities are needed, e.g. new comment is added by governance authority, onboarding request status change
