7.3.1 - A Provider creates the usage contract offer

Description

Simpl-Open shall support the Provider to automatically:

• create a usage contract offer based on the information available in the resource description for which the usage contract offer is requested;
• set the expiration date in the usage contract offer based on the contract expiration clause.
