7.2.2 - A Provider verifies existence of a usage contract

Description

Simpl-Open shall support the Provider to automatically:

• verify whether the Consumer does not have an existing usage contract for the selected resource description from the data space catalogue.
• notify the Consumer that they can continue to use the existing usage contract, if the usage contract is already in place for the Consumer.
