4.8.1 - A Provider deactivates a selected deployment script
Description
Simpl-Open shall allow a Provider to deactivate a selected deployment script via UI and API.
The deactivation of the deployment script is only allowed when there is no active resource description linked to the deployment script.
The deployment script cannot be used anymore to create a new resource description or a new version of a resource description.
