4.7.1 - A Provider updates a selected deployment script

Description

Simpl-Open shall allow a Provider to update following information of a previously created deployment script via UI and API:

• Uploading a new deployment script;
• Selecting an output template and linking it to the deployment script.

If the deployment script is linked to a resource description, a new deployment script is created. If there is no linked resource description, the existing deployment scripted is updated directly.
