2.9.1 - A Participant profiles a dataset using statistical and column-based profiling

Description

Simpl-Open shall support a Participant to profile a dataset by generating:

• statistical profiling outputs (such as descriptive statistics and structural insights), and
• column-based profiling outputs (such as quality-related metrics describing dataset content, completeness, and data characteristics).

These profiling outputs shall be generated as informational results that support dataset discovery and consumption decisions.
