2.6.2 - A Participant normalises data

Description

Simpl-Open shall support a Participant (Data Provider or Data Consumer) to normalise datasets. This shall include operations such as standardising date and time formats, normalising numeric values and normalising geographic data, in order to harmonise datasets, improve their consistency, and ensure comparable and interoperable data views.
