13.1.3 - Tier 2 attributes management - services

Description

SIMPL shall provide a service: 
- that monitors the generated ephemeral proofs during any mTLS communication, detects any change in the returned identity attributes (are embedded into the ephemeral proof), and triggers a synchronization process.
- that handles the synchronization process that uses the list of available identity attributes to synchronize the local agent’s list of identity attributes that are assignable to Tier 1 roles.
