13.4 - Business continuity and disaster recovery

Description

Simpl shall offer the appropriate mechanisms to ensure its business continuity. Based on the monitored values of the status of the services where it is deployed, as well as the health of its components at all times, Simpl shall take the appropriate actions to provide (semi-automatic) self-healing mechanisms. In the event that automatic self-healing mechanisms cannot be launched, an alarm shall be raised.
