1.3.1 - Participant creates a new version of a data orchestration workflow

Description

Simpl-Open shall allow a Provider to create a new version of an existing data orchestration workflow via UI and API by:

• Supporting the editing of the data orchestration workflow parameters, input/output definitions and triggering conditions.
• Allowing to save the updated data orchestration workflow to ensure changes are persisted and traceable.
