9.10.1 - Data sharing

Description

Simpl shall provide an API and a UI:

• transfer a small-size dataset (few megabytes) that has been discovered via the search synchronously.
• transfer a large-size dataset (terabytes) asynchronously to avoid blocking while transferring data.
  Simpl shall allow sharing according to the defined access and usage policies.
