2B.9.1 - Governance Authority – notifying Providers about schema changes

Description

Simpl-Open shall notify Providers about schema changes such as publishing of a new schema, publishing of a new version of an existing schema, revoking of a schema. The notification should include details like description of change, schema identifier, version (if applicable), timestamp so that providers are aware and can, if required and/or relevant, adapt their resource descriptions accordingly.
