8.4 - Mechanisms to configure and provision infrastructure resources

Description

Simpl shall provide the mechanisms to be able to automatically configure and provision infrastructure resources (such as VMs) in multiple cloud providers. These mechanisms shall be parameterisable and easily configurable by any infrastructure provider and consumer.
