1.1.1 - Sharing Procedures definition

Description

 - Simpl shall provide a UI within the Application Catalog that allows the possibility to upload and modify guidelines related to the validation process of an application drafted by the Governance Authority.
- Simpl shall provide a UI through which an admin user can modify the guidelines already inserted.
- Simpl shall provide a UI through which an admin user can add additional elements to the guidelines and make them available to app providers. Here are some examples: security, GDPR, data encryption, code quality, usability criteria.
