9.1.5 - Data Quality Tools

Description

Simpl shall provide a built-in processing tool for analysing datasets.
Scalable to handle varying dataset sizes, and customisable to tailor analysis parameters and algorithms. These tools should identify anomalies including but not limited to:

• errors;
• incorrect formatting;
• missing values;
• inconsistencies, along with detecting duplicates within the dataset.

The tool shall offer automated suggestions for remediation actions. For instance, for an incorrect formatting found in the dataset the tool should clearly state which row is violating the formatting and what the correct formatting is.

The tool shall integrate seamlessly with Simpl's data governance framework, and present analysis results through user-friendly reporting and visualization features to facilitate informed decision-making and collaboration among stakeholders.
