9.3.1 - Storing results

Description

Simpl shall allow a Data Consumer to define the availability of the result of a processing which can be done by:
1. Directly downloading the results of a data processing from an infrastructure provider if a data consumer has the correct usage rights.
2. Storing the result as a new version of an existing dataset. In this case a data consumer needs to update the self-description of the dataset.
3. Storing the data as a new dataset. In this case a data consumer needs to provide a self-description of the dataset and follow the onboarding process (SIMPL-1704, SIMPL-1705)
