9.2.2 - Selecting a processing infrastructure

Description

Simpl shall provide a UI and API where a Data / Application / Infrastructure Consumer can:
- Discover an available infrastructure resources that can support the selected processing tool. (SIMPL-1378)
- Select an infrastructure from an infrastructure catalogue or use its own infrastructure for the processing.   (SIMPL-1378)
