9a.3 - Subscription to a dataset/application/infrastructure - Penalties

Description

When the Data/Application/Infrastructure provider fails to provide the service in the agreement terms, penalties are applied according to terms defined in the SLA. Providers may revoke the subscriptions and Simpl shall inform the subscribers of that situation.
