5.8.1 - Manage Subscriptions - Provider

Description

Simpl shall:
- enable a data/application/infrastructure provider to revoke an existing subscription with a dataset/application/infrastructure
- enable a data/application/infrastructure provider to define new usage policies (SIMPL-402) or update the present one (SIMPL-413) for subscriptions on dataset/application/infrastructure
In either cases the data/application/infrastructure consumer is informed.
- initiate the ending of a subscription and if applicable, the re-establishment of a usage contract
