5.7 - Removing the self-description of a Dataset

Description

Simpl shall, at any moment, give the Data Provider the possibility to remove a dataset. Removal here does not mean that the entry is physically removed, but that the dataset is no longer active and hence no longer discoverable. Data Consumers should be notified.
