5.9.4 - Validation

Description

Simpl shall validate the Data/Application/Infrastructure self-description according to the self-description quality rules.

In case of validation failure Simpl shall: 
- stop the process of onboarding
- provide information about the validation failure , i.e. which mandatory rules failed or if the threshold of the recommended rules was reached
In case of validation success Simpl shall:
- provide a specific success message
- provide detailed quality assessment results for the recommended quality rules (SIMPL-1697)
