3a.5 Onboarding of a new data space participant - registration of onboarding request

Description

Simpl shall provide support when an organisation wants to request to participate to a data space with a certain role (Consumer, Data/Application/Infrastructure Provider) or a combination of these. Simpl shall, a.o. request the data and documents required to verify the request. When the requesting parties provide these, Simpl shall store them, and guide them through the submission of the onboarding request.
