3a.2 - Onboarding of a new data space participant - finalizing onboarding

Description

Simpl shall provide support for the following:
- Creation of the public/private key pair by the applicant.

- Forwarding of the public key to the governance authority.

-Creation of the identity certificate by the governance authority: this certificate shall be stored with the relevant information about the new participant. In particular, the identity attributes selected during previous steps of the onboarding process shall be assigned to the new participant.

-Installation of newly created credentials
