2.6.1 - Updating attributes of a self-description for a dataset/application/infrastructure

Description

Simpl shall provide an API and a UI for the Dataspace Governance Authority to:
- updating a property in the schema of the self-description of a dataset/application/infrastructure
This update would result in a new version of the schema, that is used for the onboarding of all subsequent datasets/application/infrastructure. Already onboarded datasets/application/infrastructure will not be changed.
