2.10 - Synchronization across the Federation of Catalogues

Description

Catalogue of Data and Application should allow for federation with other catalogues belonging to a federated data space.
If other data spaces share their catalogue(s) with the current one, Simpl shall provide the mechanism to provide participants in the current data space a view on these catalogues as if it was a Federated Catalogue. Simpl shall ensure that changes to the catalogues of other data spaces will be always visible in the Federated Catalogue. This will also allow, a.o., Data Consumers to search the Federated Catalogue and process datasets identified in the Federated Catalogue
