2.4 - Create properties of Data/Application/Infrastructure catalogues

Description
The Dataspace Governance Authority shall be able to create the specific attributes of the self-descriptions in the Data/Application/Infrastructure Catalogues for its dataspace. These properties come on top of the standard ones. For each such property, the name, possible values (type or vocabulary) and quality rules can be defined.
