Description

Simpl shall provide an API and a UI for the Dataspace Governance Authority to:
- create a new property by defining name, type and possible values or referencing a vocabulary
- add the property to the schema of the self-description of a dataset/application/infrastructure
- mark the property mandatory or recommended
