2.10.1 - Support for sharing across the Federated Dataspace

Description

Simpl shall:

• provide a UI and API for Dataspace Governance Authorities to share their catalogue(s) with other dataspaces. (TAE_REQ_011, TAE_REQ_107, TAE_REQ_108).
• allow the Data/Application/infrastructure Consumers to view Catalogue(s) as federated catalogue(s)
• update the catalogue entries in real-time across the federated catalogue(s)
• allow for searching and processing across federated Catalogue(s)
