1.3.2 - Identity provider federation configuration

Description

SIMPL shall provide a UI where:
- the data space governance authority must set up the certificate profiles(currently supported format is x.509) needed to issue the certificates that can be provisioned to participants as credentials for the agent.
- the data space governance authority must set up the certificate verification endpoints inside the certificate metadata to permit certificate verification (OCSP).
