7.5.2 - A Consumer stores the signed usage contract offer and provide it to the Provider

Description

Simpl-Open shall support the Consumer to automatically:

• store the signed usage contract locally in a secure location as part of their official business records.
• provide the signed usage contract offer to the Provider.

Simpl-Open shall ensure that the signed usage contract offer is available in both human-readable and machine-readable format.
