1.4.1 - End user authentication process - api

Description

SIMPL shall provide an API that:
- shall check the identity of a data space participant end user.
- shall authenticate a data space participant end user verifying their identity.
- a third-party application can identify itself using client credentials, such as clientID and secret exchange, to impersonate a data space participant end user.
- shall provide to every authenticated third-party application identity their assigned roles and permissions.
