5.3.1 - Validation of application compliance

Description

Before being published in the catalog, Simple shall verify that new applications undergo a validation process to ensure the quality, security, and compliance of the applications. 
These methods are assumed to be determined by the Dataspace Governance Authority [SIMPL-1759]. Regarding this:
- Simpl shall provide an API service capable of implementing validation logic after the app upload.
- Simpl shall provide information at the UI level regarding the positive or negative outcome of the checks.
