Implementation of sharing instructions for using the application

Description

 - Simpl shall provide a UI, for the Application Provider to give clear instructions for the setup and usage of applications to the consumer.
- Simpl shall provide a UI, for the Application Provider to give indications to the consumer that cover various aspects such as installation procedures, operational guidelines, and recommended configurations to optimize application usage.
