12.4.4 - Monitor Simpl agent infrastructure components health

Description

Simpl pre-configured monitoring dashboard shall show the monitored metrics such as availability and performance (stored in the central log repository, see SIMPL-2946) of the different infrastructure components (pods) and display the result as a visual indicator.
