12.13 - Logging infrastructure consumption

Description

Simpl shall collect at least following metrics during the consumption of an infrastructure resource by a consumer, and store them in the provider’s local agent database/repository (and later forwarded to the consumer to give the consumer a view on its consumption) :

• Infrastructure usage metrics (CPU usage, memory usage and compute time)
• Performance metrics (incl. availability)
• QoS metrics
• Energy metrics
