12.12 - Monitoring Simpl agent usage

Description

Simpl shall monitor through a (set of) pre-configured dashboard(s) the usage of the different Simpl-Open agent components and the infrastructure on which they are deployed, to provide an overview on the usage and service availability and performance in a real-time basis.
