12.1.1 - Implement monitoring actions

Description

Once an application has been published in the catalog, Simpl shall implement monitoring tools to ensure that the application remains compliant with the established procedures over time. In this regard:
- Simpl shall conduct regular automatic checks on the information and metadata of applications in the catalog to verify compliance with updated application management procedures
- Simpl shall provide a UI where the outcomes of application checks will be displayed, and any warnings towards the uploader of the application will be available as notifications
